Run the Warframe ping test to compare directions where potential squad hosts may be located. Normal co-op missions do not behave like a fixed list of city servers: the selected player host, their upload path, and NAT state can change the real result.
As a client, an unstable host route can make bullet jumps, doors, pickups, Warframe abilities, and Operator Transference respond inconsistently. If the host leaves, Host Migration selects a new path and may change latency again; a failed migration can separate the squad.
There is no official ping grading table. PartyPing uses S<30ms, A<55ms, B<95ms, and C<145ms as a co-op shooter engineering interpretation, then D. Variance and missing replies can lower the overall grade. These thresholds compare host directions and are not Digital Extremes standards.
Strict NAT is not simply high ping. Digital Extremes says it can disrupt game connections, voice, and online presence. Run Analyze Network first. On PC, Warframe uses UDP 4950/4955 by default; devices sharing a network should use different port pairs when they conflict.
